If you would like to take a short break during cooking or prepare the ingredients for a new dish, the DeWok Timeout 2.0 offers you the option of safely setting your pan aside.  
 
This prevents any scorching over the naked flame of the burner, whilst it is unnecessary to extinguish and relight the flame after every step.
 
Simple replacement of the aluminium corner joint. The DeWok Timeout 2.0 can be pivoted in after use, and disappears beneath the granite top panel.
The design and construction are tailored to your DeWok Set, and are therefore compatible with both the DeWok Single and the DeWok Double Set.
 
 The DeWok Timeout 2.0 is made from coated high-strength aluminium.
The accessories are supplied securely packaged with the user instructions.
